Neighbors is Ring's standalone social app that aggregates user-posted video clips, crime and safety alerts, and comments within a geographic radius of each user's home address. Law-enforcement and fire agencies join the platform to post alerts and previously to broadcast footage requests, making it the community-surveillance layer of Amazon's home-security ecosystem.
