Leaked frontend code exposed 269 distinct verification checks across 14 check types (including 23 selfie checks, 43 government ID checks, and 29 document checks) offered to government customers through a FedRAMP-authorized dashboard. Infrastructure included a dedicated watchlist subdomain (openai-watchlistdb.withpersona.com) operating on Google Cloud since November 2023, well before identity-verification requirements were publicly disclosed.
