License Plate Readers
Axon Lightpost
Streetlight-mounted ALPR that reads plates and livestreams to police.
Announced in April 2025, Lightpost turns existing streetlights into fixed automated license-plate readers. Built with Ubicquia, it clips onto a light pole's photocell socket in under an hour — no trenching — and streams plate reads, vehicle-attribute matches, and live video into Axon's real-time crime centers (Fusus).
