Developed jointly by Carbyne and Israel Aerospace Industries' ELTA Systems, 911 Ultra-EN is an ultra emergency network that spins up an alternative private cloud-based cellular network to reconnect civilians and first responders in blackout or disaster zones. It couples ELTA's RescueCell autonomous network and IAI's RES-Q-CELL cellular geo-location with Carbyne's NG911 technology to deliver device-based location, live video, and chat with no app or pre-registration.
